By scheduling a service with Rofix Service, you consent to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any portion of these guidelines, kindly refrain from using our offerings.

2. Services Provided

Rofix Service specializes in RO water purifier setup, repair, general maintenance, filter replacements, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) throughout Bangalore and its nearby localities.

3. Service Booking

All appointments depend entirely on technician availability. Once a service request is placed, our support team will reach out to finalize the appointment date and time.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service charges and pricing details are always discussed before any work commences.
• Settlement is expected immediately upon the completion of the service.
• We facilitate payments through cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
• Rates may fluctuate according to the complexity of the repair and necessary spare parts.

5. Warranty Coverage

We offer a 90-day service warranty covering all completed repairs and components installed. This warranty excludes damages resulting from misuse, poor water quality, electrical voltage surges, or physical mishandling post-service.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be called off or rescheduled by contacting us at least 2 hours prior to the slotted time. Frequent cancellations might incur an applicable service fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rofix Service holds no accountability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses stemming from the utilization of our services. Our maximum liability remains strictly capped at the fee paid for the specific service rendered.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact numbers and service address details.
• Ensure clear physical access to the water purifier during the booked slot.
• Disclose any pre-existing issues or past repairs done on the appliance.

9. Policy Modifications

We maintain the authority to revise or alter these Terms & Conditions whenever necessary without advance notification. Continued engagement with our services implies your agreement to the revised terms.
